Zeebot provides an AI-powered sales agent platform that integrates with WhatsApp and web chat. Our service enables businesses to automate customer communications and sales processes.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Zeebot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zeebot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our service. Prohibited uses include:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy
• Transmitting malicious code or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Impersonating any person or entity

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Zeebot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loomo Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeebot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
